The restaurant Monneaux has an extensive history and is not to be missed.

Situated in one of the most beautiful towns in the world, it is truly a gem in the winelands!

Surrounded by enchanting vineyards and majestic Huguenot Mountains, Franschhoek Country House & Villas is set on the outskirts of the town of Franschhoek, in the Cape Winelands.

The spacious and well-appointed rooms and cottages are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, seating area and en suite bathrooms. They offer tea-and-coffee making facilities, and a balcony or patio with view.

Monneaux Restaurant is set within a former perfumery, dating back to 1890. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and serves contemporary cuisine

Guests can unwind at the spa which offers a variety of beauty treatments and massages.

In the heart of the wine route, Franschhoek also offers plenty of activities for you to fill your days with, including wine-tasting on the local farms or in the neighbouring towns of Stellenbosch and Paarl. Guests can rent bicycles to explore the village or make use of the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. Airport transfers can be arranged for a surcharge.
